Learning Coach Central, a parent portal containing useful resources for all Learning Coaches, offers a wealth of resources and materials to familiarize and support you with our online school program and how it works.
We are committed to providing Learning Coaches with the tools they need to be effective in their role while supporting their students' success. The Learning Coach Success Series offers live, webinar-style sessions for both new and returning Learning Coaches.
Learning Coach Success Series sessions are presented throughout the month on a wide range of topics and last approximately 30 - 45 minutes.
Caretakers and Learning Coaches can call 1-800-382-6010 to speak with a Connections Academy technical support representative. Our tech support team can help with troubleshooting and assistance with the technical aspects. Remember, your child's teacher and other school staff are also available to give support when you need it.

Arizona Department of Education Broadband Resources for Families The Arizona Department of Education has compiled a list of broadband resources for families as well as instruction for making your cell phone a Wi-Fi Hotspot. You can access this information here.
Free Drive-Up Hotspots
Library Wi-Fi is open to all Arizona residents. Libraries are an integral part of every community and residents and students should use the services they need. Even when the Libraries are closed, WiFi is usually open. A map of Arizona Public Library Hotspots can be found by clicking here.

AZ LINKS: Your Link to Aging and Disability Resources AZ Links is Arizona’s Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), created to help Arizona senior citizens, people with disabilities, caregivers and family members locate resources and services that meet their needs. The AZ Links Screening Toolis designed to quickly and accurately help identify options to meet the individual’s needs. There are 13 questions. It takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. Once submitted, an Information and Referral Specialist will review it and contact the individual regarding the types of assistance may be available.
